Each unique ‘one of kind’ journal is crafted from start to finish in my studio.

 First the covers are created using either fabrics designed & printed with my own artworks or a selection from my eclectic stash, adding any embellishments, such as lace, buttons, beads or ribbon etc, as I go.

After sketching & painting the endpapers, the original artworks are bound into each journal.

The text block is then built by stitching together multiple signatures of archival paper with the endpapers sewn to the front and back of the text block. Finally the text block is glued to the cover.

Then it’s time to enjoy creating the content of each journal with artworks and my own words handwritten in decorative lettering
